The information below covers my provision of services as well as the satisfaction guaranteed policy I advertise. Before engaging my services I require all customers to read this carefully and acknowledge the terms. Thanks in advance - Steve.
Exterior Cleaning
Customers are asked to ensure outdoor area is free from items you don’t want to get wet, including outdoor furniture, BBQ’s or décor, if these cannot be moved it is the owners responsibility to ensure these are covered, reducing the risk of damage. A chlorine based cleaning solution is used, please note some surfaces can bleed colour such as decks or windows, please let us know if you have recently re-stained your deck and we can advise accordingly.
Pressure cleaning can be abrasive to surfaces which will be advised to owner prior to clean and carried out at own risk, we will advise if we believe soft washing would be a better option for your requirements.
Electrical items and outdoor power points should be covered with plastic to ensure no moisture gets into them. Sometimes water can pass through any gaps in the windows, please let us know if there are any missing panes of glass or large gaps around windows.
We cannot be held liable for loss of electrical power, due to water getting into power points, switches & light fittings, power will return once electrical point is dried. All care is taken to prevent this from happening.
Tile & Grout Rejuvenation
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen conditions, including any sun damage, permanent staining, loose or missing grout and loose, chipped or scratched tiles when rejuvenating your tiles or grout. Colour Seal may fade over time dependent on if this is a high traffic or wet area within your property.
General
All work is fully insured, covered for $20mil worth of damage (public liability insurance). Quotes cannot be confirmed until property inspection has been carried out
SB Pro Clean cannot be held liable for any existing damage. If any pre-existing damage is found, owner will contacted and photos will be taken
If our service is not completed to 100% satisfaction, SB Pro Clean reserves the right to return & rectify the work, if you are still not happy we will provide you with a full refund.
Payment – Cast and bank transfers accepted. Most major debit/credit cards accepted with a 1.9% surcharge. To be paid on completion of service.
